Trulia is a mobile app and website that allows users to find homes to buy and places to rent. I started with them as a senior mobile designer and the sole user researcher. I transitioned into managing user research for the later half.
Trulia Agent Details
I was the lead product designer for adding this feature to the Trulia Mobile app. The Agent Details section of the app allows a user to get more information about an agent via a listing or through the agent section. The user can view details about the agent, call the agent (the most important CTA), read recommendations from other folks or look at the listings this agent is representing.
